Chipotle chili cheese Foot-long hot dogs get a Southwestern kick from flavoring, cumin and jalapeno pepper sauce.
Bacon – 2 strips (pieces)
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)

Chili powder – 2 Tsp
Ground cumin – 1 Tsp
Ketchup – 3 Tablespoons
Pinto beans – 1 15- ounce (drained and rinsed)
Chipotle hot sauce – 3 Tablespoons more for serving
Oil – for the grill
Foot-long hotdogs – 4
Soft hoagie rolls – 4
Pepper jack cheese – 4 ounces (1cup)
FOR THE TOPPING

Cook the bacon in a very pan over medium heat till slightly crisp, three to four minutes. Add the onion, favored, and cumin and cook till the onion is soft, regarding three minutes.
